ABOUT US

American Immersion Theater is the experiential company behind the productions "Rock Never Dies," "Speakeasy, Die Softly," "Spirits," and "The Grandest Princess Ball Ever" in New York City. Our shows are more than just shows; they are experiences meant to engage and empower audiences to participate in the story.

In addition to our public Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway experiences in Times Square, we also offer public and private events across the nation in over 25 locations. Founded in 2002 as The Murder Mystery Co. by Scott Cramton, our company grew from offering a handful of events in the West Michigan area to providing over 10,000 individual private events per year across the United States and beyond. In 2024, The Murder Mystery Co. was featured on ABC's "Shark Tank," allowing American Immersion Theater to partner with Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions. A few months after partnering with Blum, we began performing "Speakeasy, Die Softly" at Carmine's Italian Restaurant in Times Square. The following year, we launched "Spirits" and "The Grandest Princess Ball Ever" simultaneously.

From the success of our previous shows in Times Square, American Immersion Theater was presented with the opportunity to work with Hard Rock Cafe New York on a never-before-seen immersive tribute dinner concert called "Rock Never Dies."
